missingWrote a review on Nov 21bathroom issues
The bathroom could use significant updates. there were issues with mold and peeling paint, particularly in the shower, which seemed poorly designed. The bed lacked support and was excessively soft, and a slat even fell out during the stay. No available charging plugs in the room felt outdated, especially in a tech-centric world. Noise from the street was noticeable at times due to thin windows, requiring us to keep the balcony doors closed for a restful night.

The Deluxe Family Room was really spacious and comfy. We had a cute private terrace that was perfect for morning coffee. Clean linens and quirky decor added a nice touch. The location was great for walking around Ortigia and checking out local sites. Giovanni was super helpful and made our stay feel personal. Just a little noise from the street sometimes, but nothing too bothersome.

I found comfort in this spacious room with mellow wooden floors. Breakfasts featured homemade jams and fresh coffee, which I appreciated. I enjoyed relaxing on the private terrace one morning before exploring the area. The location was close to intriguing shops and the beach promenade. One unexpected moment was the kindness of the manager, who didn't charge us for the full reservation when we had to leave early due to a train strike.
